After starting his career in accountancy and management consultancy, Mark set up his own business in 1990 with Nick Crouch. MMG advised major companies to specify and select new business software and technology using SpecIT, a unique software tool that was developed in house. In 2007 Mark started to focus his skills on CHQ; the software grew from Mark's ideas based on his own experience as a volunteer for his local rugby club.
Rob has spent all of his working life in Marketing. He has always been based on the agency side working through the line for clients such as Texaco, Philips, Mars, Allied Domecq and McDonald's. In 2003 Rob set up his own Sponsorship Consultancy business, Double Quick Marketing, working predominantly in Sport. Double Quick became Quick McMorran when Rob partnered with Andrew before both starting to focus their attention on CHQ in 2007.
Andrew also joined CHQ from the world of Marketing. His experience is diverse in that he has both Client and Agency experience in CRM, direct marketing and advertising. His pedigree includes leading the creation and launch of the Boots Advantage card, running DHL's brand communications worldwide and leading the sponsorship activation for McDonald’s, Adidas and Budweiser during the FIFA World Cup 2006.
Nick started life with IBM before moving into management consultancy. Nick joined Mark to set up MMG in 1990 and took responsibility for all client-facing activity and developing the business both in the UK and in the USA. Nick has worked very closely with a large number of blue chip clients and has a first class pedigree in ensuring software based solutions work throughout a clients business.
