Burning the midnight oil?
Effective communication is vital to every business and none more so than the business of running a school or a sports club or team. Each has its own diverse (and often disparate) array of audiences and stakeholders that need to be told what to do, where to go and how much to pay.
This complexity is compounded by the addition of multiple groups, multiple events and multiple age groups. Naturally, necessity being the mother of invention has meant that many a school master or club coach has developed a way to keep on top of it. But it does mean that these dedicated people end up burning the midnight oil rather more often than they would like. Well, we'd like to think those days are over.
In partnership with schools, teachers and sports clubs we have developed an online software application that reduces the burden of management and removes the headache of communication. Indeed, so effective is the software at integrating with other Management Information Systems (MIS) that we've also partnered with the UK's largest provider of MIS solutions to schools – Capita SIMS.
Our goal at CHQ is simple. It is to make the management of activities, sports and extra-curricular events a lot less like work and to allow a great deal more play.
